As we all know, Western cuisines such as burger, chicken chop, pizza are contains a high level of cholesterol. Meanwhile, Asian cuisines such as nasi lemak, chapati and sushi are more suitable for the physical diet. For example, bread is used in the making of chapati and the curry which is use coconut milk plays an important roles in meals. Besides that, rice which is contain starch is being the staple food for many Asian people for many generation. Thus, Asian cuisines are more nutritious and good for our health.
